Bear Blukie

A small little bear Blukie looking for a new home and a new friend to hang around with...
Imported from Papili, a small French family company whose objective is to participate and contribute to a more ethic and fair trade. The soft toys are made of organic cotton labeled Max Havelaar, from ecologically cultivated cotton in Mali. A Fair Trade label is attached to most of the toys thus certifying that the toy has been tested, both for its natural quality and for its production by small organizations (fairly paid and no child labor) from Tunisia.
The organic cotton toys are machine washable (30 degrees) and as they are made of weaved cotton, with time the colors will become little lighter and the cotton softer. The colors are Öko Tex standard 100 meaning they contain no heavy metals and/or formalin. The filling is polyester to minimize the risks of allergy, even for the most sensible children.
The toy is convenient for both small and big children, but particularly for children under 36 months. The toy will “age” with the child, as they play and develop together!

Tips for adopting a Teddy-bear:
1. Chose the size and the look of a Teddy-bear which fits best to your child (or yourself).
2. Give a name to the Teddy-bear. They do not like to be called “it”.
3. Introduce your Teddy-bear to the family and to other “soft friends”, so that he/she feels welcome.
4. Take your Teddy-bear with you when you go shopping, or to a doctor, or to kindergarten.
5. Have walks or play with your Teddy-bear but do not let your Teddy-bear be alone, someone can just take him/her.
6. Sing, read or tell your secrets to your Teddy-bear when you are sad, for example. Do not forget that your Teddy-bear is listening because he/she is your best friend.
7. Hug and love your Teddy-bear, as he/she needs love like we all do.
