The story is about how the little cloud Tidou, when passing over Normandie, saves his friends - plants - from draught and goes to look for his raindrops. This book touches upon the natural water cycle in a very simple way so to make small children aware of the importance of water and preservation of its sources. The story is followed by an educative game/competition, how to be an "eco-citizen champion".
